For breakdown situations where every second counts (and costs), our Premium Support Service offers immediate response. Call us on 0161 286 5150 by 1pm, Monday-Friday, we can offer a same-day visit (subject to engineer availability) by our qualified engineers to diagnose, advise and, if possible, repair your instrument - right there, right then. For less immediate situations where an urgent visit is required but not necessarily the same day, we offer a visit within 2 days or within 2 weeks.
