STIP-scan

STIP-scan - one sensor with eight parameters: nitrate, COD, TOC, SAC, SS, SV, SI, turbidity

Product description

STIP-scan - one sensor with eight parameters: nitrate, COD, TOC, SAC, SS, SV, SI, turbidity

The spectroscopic in-situ analyzer measures aqueous samples with a light spectrum from UV to red, from 190 - 730 nm. The spectral measurement takes place after settling of the activated sludge or solids. By this, interferences are avoided. The sludge parameter are measured during the settling process the other parameters afterwards.

Your benefits:

Measuring cycle 2 minutes
No chemicals or reagents needed
Self-cleaning and low maintenance
No external pumps or pipes needed
Wavelengths for SAC and turbidity movable as needed
Patented, fully automatic fouling detection and compensation

Additional measurement of sludge parameters

Patented auto-diagnostics on board

Field of application

STIP-scan measures directly in wastewater:

Activated sludge
Preflooder
Outlet of a wastewater treatment plant

Measuring principle Spectroscopic measurement, UV-visible
Application

STIP-scan measures directly in wastewater:

Activated sludge, preflooder, outlet of a wastewater treatment plant

Characteristic

Thanks to the measurement over a broad wavelength range the analyzer is capable to compensate for interferences like color or turbidity.
