Our team of Field Service experts are always on hand around the world to support you with on-site services. This includes troubleshooting, on-site repair, commissioning or special one-off calibration jobs.

 

Troubleshooting

Every Endress+Hauser service engineer has been trained to give quick and professional advice on our range of automation equipment. Their task is to help quickly, diagnosing problems in the application, instrument or system with a view to get your plant back to optimum performance in the shortest possible time.

 

On-site repair

Often it is not practical or even possible to return equipment which is faulty or damaged back to our repair shops. Our engineers can repair instrumentation on-site, providing authorised spare parts replacements and re-commissioning the equipment back to its best performance. If required, we are happy to train your own technicians on the job whilst servicing the equipment, so that in the future, service can be carried out by your own team.
